馬顥珈以第一名的成績畢業於皇家音樂學院 (Royal Academy of Music) 的表演藝術碩士學位（鋼琴伴奏），並且獲得了榮譽文憑DipRAM。她亦考獲了LRAM的音樂教育文憑。她在香港中文大學獲得音樂學士學位，並以一級榮譽畢業。

 

她熱衷於鋼琴伴奏，除了本地的演奏，她亦曾於紐約、倫敦、利茲、南韓、台灣及中國大陸表演。她活躍於國際舞台上，包括Wigmore Hall、Carnegie Hall、LSO St. Luke’s、Sinfonia Smith Square、Italian Cultural Institute及Austrian Cultural Forum of London。她在伴奏比賽中屢獲殊榮，包括Elena Gerhardt Lieder Prize、Major Van Someren-Godfrey Prize for Piano Accompaniment及the Rex Stephens Prize for Accompanists (第一名)。她也是香港卓越獎學金計劃的得獎者。

 

她現為香港兒童合唱團的導師，亦任德信中學男聲合唱團的鋼琴伴奏。她曾擔任香港中文大學祟基合唱團、庇理羅士女子中學合唱團、培僑小學合唱團的鋼琴伴奏。她曾師隨James Baillieu教授、Michael Dussek教授、Andrew West教授、郭家豪博士和高淑嫻女士習琴。

 

 

Alison Ma has obtained a Master of Arts in Performance (Piano Accompaniment) with distinction from the Royal Academy of Music, alongside with an honorary DipRAM and an Exam Board Prize for the highest recital mark. She has also obtained the Licentiate of the Royal Academy of Music. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music with first-class honours from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. 

 

Alison is enthusiastically involved in piano accompaniment and has been actively performing with instrumentalists and singers. Apart from performing locally in Hong Kong, she has also performed internationally in New York, London, Leeds, South Korea, Taiwan, Mainland China. Her stage appearances including prestigious venues such as Wigmore Hall, Carenegie Hall, LSO St. Luke’s, Sinfonia Smith Square, the Italian Cultural Institute, and the Austrian Cultural Forum in London. She was awarded the Elena Gerhardt Lieder Prize, the Major Van Someren-Godfrey Prize for Piano Accompaniment, and the Rex Stephens Prize for Accompanists (First Prize) at the Royal Academy of Music. Additionally, she was a recipient of the Hong Kong Scholarship for Excellence Scheme. 

 

She is currently the instructor of the Hong Kong Children’s Choir, and the piano accompanist of Tak Sun Secondary School Boys’ Choir. Previously, she had collaborated with the Chung Chi Choir of the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Belilios Public School Choir and Pui Kiu Primary School Choir as a piano accompanist. She studied piano with Prof. James Baillieu, Prof. Michael Dussek, Prof. Andrew West, Dr. Timothyt Kwok Ka-ho, and Ms. Ko Suk Han.
